Starting Tuesday the 4th, our evening classes (for Tuesday's only) have been moved to:

- 5:00pm

- 6:00pm

These changes will go through the fall. Again, this is only on Tuesday's.

Functional Movement Screenings with Dr. Kevin are THIS THURSDAY:

Thursday, Sept 13th, Dr. Kevin will be offering "Functional Movement Screenings" at CrossFit Proven. Appointments will begin at 5:30pm. These screening can identify specific imbalances in posture, movement patterns and positioning that once identified, can lead to a specific plan to correct these issues.

Would you like to improve your "overhead positioning" while performing a Snatch? Does increasing your "range of motion" while squatting to increase your strength and efficiency sound attractive? That's what these screenings can help you achieve.
